Zeming is a Vice President with nearly eight years of experience in auditing, advisory, accounting, and financial optimization, serving a diverse clientele ranging from private organizations to Fortune 500 companies. He specializes in streamlining financial operations through a data-driven approach, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and drive successful digital transformations.

Before joining Accordion, Zeming spent over five years in the audit and financial advisory practice at Ernst & Young, where he led both national and international SPAC projects. From 2022 to 2024, he managed ground operations for two significant SPAC transactions, each with billions of dollars at stake, both of which were successfully filled with SEC.

Zeming’s responsibilities encompass establishing sustainable financial processes, optimizing accounting cycle operations, building three-statement financial models and supplementary schedules, and preparing regulatory filings. His expertise includes implementing SOX controls, developing data-driven automated workbooks, and authoring accounting whitepapers on a wide range of topics. He also plays a pivotal role in managing integrated ERP implementations, aligning business and technical requirements to ensure system functionality and efficiency. Earlier in his career, Zeming served as a financial statement auditor, where he conducted auditing procedures and implemented risk assessments.

In addition to his tenure at Ernst & Young, Zeming spent nearly two years at Tesla as a Senior Revenue Analyst. As a key member of a four-person team, he was responsible for accounting for over $50 billion in revenue size, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 standards, optimizing Order-to-Cash processes, streamlining monthly close activities, and automating transaction data flows.
Zeming holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University, where he minored in Management Information Systems and Supply Chain Management. He is a licensed CPA in both New York and California and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Zeming is currently pursuing a part-time MBA at UCLA.
