Trisha is a Talent Development Vice President with nearly a decade of experience as a Human Resources professional. During her career, Trisha has been primarily focused on improving the employee experience by establishing and enhancing development programs, providing coaching support, and helping to streamline practices to create better efficiency for all.
Prior to joining Accordion, Trisha worked for L.E.K. Consulting in Boston, MA for 5 years and worked on their Career Development team before transitioning to Talent Management/Staffing. She most recently worked on the Talent Management team for Lifespan, a non-profit healthcare organization in Providence, RI that consists of 16,000 employees.
Trisha graduated from UMASS Boston with a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies.
