Sourabh Das is a Senior Product and Engineering Leader with more than a decade of experience driving enterprise-scale digital transformation through Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and hyperautomation platforms. He specializes in building and scaling AI-led products that convert emerging technologies into measurable business outcomes across complex, global organizations.
Prior to joining Accordion, Sourabh served as Senior Product Manager and Country Head of Agentic AI and Automation at Volvo Cars. In this role, he built Volvo’s enterprise AI and automation capability from the ground up, transforming a zero-automation environment into a production-grade Agentic AI platform delivering over 1.5 million hours saved and significant business value across procurement, HR, IT, and operations. He led a multidisciplinary organization spanning product, engineering, quality, and platform operations, while establishing governance models and Centers of Excellence to ensure scalable, compliant AI adoption.
Before Volvo Cars, Sourabh held leadership roles at Wipro Limited, where he served as Technical Architect and Delivery Manager for Intelligent Automation across Europe, designing large-scale automation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients and delivering substantial cost and productivity gains. Earlier, he worked as an Automation Consultant at FourNxt Technologies, leading enterprise automation initiatives for EMAAR in Dubai, and began his career at Accenture, where he helped establish RPA Centers of Excellence and delivered the firm’s first RPA Proof of Value for Allstate, enabling enterprise-wide automation adoption.
Sourabh’s expertise spans Agentic AI architecture, multi-agent systems, generative AI and RAG-based solutions, and enterprise automation platforms including Blue Prism, UiPath, Power Platform, and Azure OpenAI. He has led transformation programs across automotive, manufacturing, financial services, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, real estate, energy, and FMCG industries. Known for bridging product strategy with hands-on technical execution, he brings deep experience in solution architecture, data engineering, and AI platform governance.
Sourabh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology. He has earned advanced certifications in AI Product Management and Digital Transformation from IBM, Microsoft, Duke University, Vanderbilt University, and IIM Ahmedabad, and is a certified Blue Prism ROM and Technical Architect. He has received multiple performance and excellence awards throughout his career at Volvo Cars, Wipro, and Accenture.
