Sarah is a Senior Director with nearly a decade working in professional services under a variety of capacities including client service and consulting operations. Specifically, Sarah’s experience includes transaction advisory, accounting advisory, process improvement, consulting growth strategy and execution, operations, sales, and marketing.
Before joining Accordion, Sarah worked at DaVita in the Operations Innovation department, the internal management consulting group, where she led a team to drive large-scale business transformation projects including operating model changes, cost optimization, and process improvement leveraging new technologies.
Before DaVita, Sarah worked at Riveron Consulting where she spent time in both client service and consulting operations. Her client service included performing financial due diligence for private equity clients and accounting advisory including carve-out assistance, public readiness, and accounting process improvement for portfolio companies. Sarah’s consulting operations experience includes growth strategy and execution (new markets, new practice lines, and new industries), go-to-market strategy, channel partner relationships, sales, marketing, and national re-brand roll-out. Sarah started her career at PwC in the audit practice.
Sarah graduated with both her Masters in Professional Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas. Sarah is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Change Management Professional (PROSCI).
