John is an Associate within Accordion’s Strategic Finance practice with three years of experience in M&A advisory and operations finance. While primarily serving the software space, John has worked on transactions across many other industries.
Before joining Accordion, John was an Associate within EY Parthenon’s core strategy practice, working on commercial due diligence projects for private equity clients. Prior to that, he was an Associate within PwC’s Deals practice. There, he supported both PE and corporate clients in performing financial due diligence across a variety of industries including TMT, insurance, and manufacturing.
John started his career within Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield’s airports division, specializing in operations finance and accounting. He was also responsible for the financial modeling of future airport development projects.
John graduated with a MSc in Finance from Lund University and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of San Diego.
