Jack Cafferty

Jack is a Vice President with nearly 6 years of CFO advisory, finance transformation, and controllership experience. He specializes in Life Sciences and Healthcare with an interest in supply chain and profit optimization. He offers expertise in several domains including financial operations, data analytics, controls and processes, technical accounting, and project management.

Prior to joining Accordion, Jack was a Manager at Deloitte in their Risk and Financial Advisory practice, primarily under the Controllership offering. During his five years with Deloitte, Jack lead initiatives in enterprise planning and performance management, Finance Master Data integration and governance, close optimization and cutover planning, and TSA separation accounting.

Jack specializes in serving clients within the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry. While his expertise spans a variety of areas, he focuses on providing value by partnering with controllers and CFOs, and engaging critical business functions such as Legal, Regulatory, Supply Chain to achieve cross functional alignment on business initiatives. He provides perspectives rooted in understanding and accommodating key stakeholder inputs and requirements.

Jack led the creation of a cost center reporting framework for 30+ legal entities under a large pharma client, as well as operating model support and master data governance. He assisted another large client with local market cutover readiness and ATR/RTR go-live readiness during ERP implementations. Additional experience includes financial modelling for workforce planning and external reporting, supply chain and intercompany product flow management, hypercare and triage, NWC analysis and cash settlement, and financial statement preparation.

Jack graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Accounting. He is an active CPA in Illinois and holds dual E.U. citizenship.
