Erica is a Director in the CFO Tech Practice at Accordion with 3 years of experience with project managing Salesforce Revenue Cloud, data migration, integrations, and RightRev implementations.

Erica’s background as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst that specialized in crisis management has provided her a unique skill set as a Salesforce project manager. Her experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental and mental health disorders has increased her ability to remain calm under pressure, assess situations quickly, and devise effective solutions that have translated in her ability to lead, manage, and turnaround complex projects.

Erica’s leadership experience includes serving as a Senior BCBA at Action Behavior Center, the largest and leading provider of applied behavior analysis therapy. In this role, she was selected as her clinic’s first preceptor, responsible for leading and implementing training for entry-level technicians. As the Project Manager Operations Lead at Kavaliro, Erica developed and executed processes to ensure quality assurance across Salesforce services. She is deeply committed to understanding clients’ business processes and building strong relationships to ensure that implementations consistently exceed expectations.

Erica graduated from Western Connecticut University with a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018. Erica also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff where she was part of the women’s soccer program and led the Student-Athletic Advisory Committee as President at both the University and Conference level.
