Doyle is a Director & seasoned business professional with nearly three decades of comprehensive experience in manufacturing and distribution. In his most recent role, he served as the Director of Distribution and Logistics for a prominent North American piping systems manufacturer. Overseeing a total of 2 million square feet across five CDCs, Doyle demonstrated his expertise by strategically designing and establishing each location throughout North America to optimize customer reach while minimizing lead time.

His specialization encompasses network optimization, distribution center design and startup, distribution operations, logistics, ERP system deployment, and operations management. With a proven track record of accomplishments, he has successfully implemented JD Edwards ERP, contributing to troubleshooting and creating procedures for distribution using Microsoft AX. Additionally, Doyle possesses expertise in training and implementing Toyota Production Systems and Value Stream Mapping. Notably, he identified distribution center Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), crafted performance charts, and implemented a continuous improvement system.

He graduated from Vincennes University and holds certifications in Toyota Production Systems (TPS) and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and is a member of the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC) group.
