Daniel is a Director with nearly a decade of experience across various financial disciplines including Investment Banking and Direct Lending.
Before joining Accordion, Daniel worked at Ares Management as a Vice President in their direct lending group with a focus on underwriting levered loans for private equity backed transactions. During his tenure at Ares, Daniel executed numerous investments across the capital stack and spanning various industries (software, business services, healthcare, consumer, etc.). He led the diligence efforts for many investments which included LBOs, refinancings, incremental capital raises, and restructurings.
Daniel started his career as an Investment Banking analyst with BNP Paribas, where he worked in the Leveraged Finance Group and was responsible for supporting diligence and syndication efforts for debt securities.
Daniel graduated cum laude from Duke University with B.S. in Economics and German.
