Dan and his team rationalized a new global manufacturing footprint by identifying operational synergies across the organization and align production plans to this newly created structure. The initiative resulted in approximately $6mm in EBITDA improvement on $120mm in sales
Consulted with a privately-owned middle market manufacturer to define a financial and operational management framework focused on gaining a deep understanding of product and segment profitability. The initiative targeted shortening delivery lead times between 10-15% for customers with a significant improvement in free cash flow
Led multiple operational excellence initiatives to help a technology organization modernize and streamline processes across sales, sales operations, finance, operations and technology. Drove the integration of a significant acquisition with a disparate operating model to drive consistency, efficiency and profitability across their product portfolio.
