Connor is a Director with over six years of experience in the financial services industry supporting executive teams through strategic finance and operating initiatives, capital raises, and business enterprise valuations.

With Accordion, Connor specializes in strategic financial planning and analysis, board and lender reporting, and liquidity management. He has worked on several client assignments including bottoms-up budgeting and forecasting, board and lender reporting pack development, and 13-week cashflow modeling, among others. He has partnered with the management teams of private equity-backed companies in a variety of industries including healthcare, direct to consumer, software, and chemicals.

Prior to joining Accordion, Connor was an Investment Banking Associate at Aegis Capital Corp. There, he was primarily responsible for analyzing the financial viability of companies requiring capital in the form of initial, secondary, and follow-on offerings, institutional private placements, and merger and acquisition advisory services. He was also responsible for advising clients throughout the capital raising process, conducting due diligence, and creating marketing materials for each transaction.

Connor began his career as a Valuation Analyst with Duff & Phelps, conducting business enterprise valuations for equity and stock option issuance, pre/post-merger purchase price allocations, and asset impairment valuations for public and private companies. He also performed quarterly valuations for over 30 illiquid portfolio positions for private equity and hedge fund clients.

Connor graduated with honors from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a B.B.A. in Finance and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship.
