Connor is a Senior Director with 8 years of finance and accounting experience supporting strategic finance and operations initiatives at both small private start-ups and large public multinational companies.
Before joining Accordion, Connor was a Finance Manager at Huntington Bank, where he focused on creating financial models to support investment and funding strategies, M&A and target portfolio due diligence, acquisition integrations, and enhancing FP&A and risk management processes.
Connor began his career at Deloitte providing audit and assurance services to clients in the healthcare sector. During his four years there, he specialized in developing and executing risk-based audit plans for new Affordable Care Act Programs and M&A transactions. He also led the development of techniques to leverage client data and IT systems to provide greater assurance over financial information while significantly reducing staffing requirements.
Connor graduated from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance and completed an International Study Program at Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo, Brazil. In addition, Connor holds a Certified Public Accountant designation and active license through the Minnesota Board of Accountancy.
