Atreya Safari is a Director in Accordion’s Data & Analytics Practice with extensive experience using data to drive growth, improve EBITDA, and support executive decision-making. Her work focuses on building analytics capabilities that make unit economics, capital allocation, and value creation transparent to leadership teams.
She began her career at The Coca-Cola Company, advancing global procurement analytics to drive margin discipline and operational efficiency. She has since held senior analytics leadership roles across CPG and technology organizations, including Unilever and Napster Corporation, partnering closely with executives to scale analytics functions tied to ROI and commercial outcomes.
At Unilever, Atreya led e-commerce analytics across a diversified consumer portfolio, shaping retention and LTV economics, investment prioritization, and M&A diligence. At Napster, she built the BI function supporting AI-enabled software platforms embedded in product and commercial operations, delivering executive insight across subscription monetization, customer engagement, and product performance.
She has also worked with PE-backed businesses, partnering with sponsors and management teams to establish performance governance that aligns capital allocation and execution to value creation objectives.
Atreya holds an M.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a focus on systems optimization, analytics, and decision science.
