Aris is a Vice President with three years of advisory, accounting, and financial reporting experience with clients ranging from private equity to multinational corporate clients.
Prior join Accordion, Aris was a Senior Associate at PwC Deals Advisory services, where he had extensive experience in advising clients on complex accounting and financial reporting issues for their capital market transactions.
At PwC, Aris was involved in several high-profile transactions such as IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, in which he has advised clients on KPIs determination, IPO readiness, non-GAAP measures, and SEC registration process. He spent a great amount of time in technical accounting – including the application of complex accounting areas such as financial instruments, equity, and consolidation. He also took initiative for digital upskilling and automation.
Aris graduated from Wake Forest University, where he received Master of Science in Accountancy and from The University of Manchester with a Bachelors in Accounting and Finance. He is a New York State CPA license holder and a CFA charterholder.
