Alexandra is a Vice President with seven years of consulting experience specializing in performance improvement, CFO organization transformation, and technology enablement. She partners with clients to design and implement strategies that optimize processes, enhance reporting, and enable scalable growth across industries including manufacturing, retail, and more.
Before joining Accordion, Alexandra spent five years at FTI Consulting in the Office of the CFO practice. During her tenure, Alexandra led and supported transformation and technology engagements for public and private companies ranging from high-growth, middle-market organizations to large global enterprises. She conducted assessments across clients’ finance and accounting functions, developed strategic roadmaps, and partnered with leadership teams to implement sustainable improvements.
Alexandra began her career at IBM in their ERP practice, focusing on ERP design and implementation. She brings a results-oriented approach and a passion for helping clients modernize and strengthen the CFO function.
Alexandra is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a B.S. in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University. She is based in New York, NY.
