Adil is a Senior Director with nearly two decades of experience in finance systems advisory and implementation. He has worked with clients ranging from high-growth start-ups to large multinational organisations, helping them leverage technology to achieve operational excellence and sustainable business growth.
Throughout his career, Adil has partnered closely with CFOs and senior finance leaders to define and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps encompassing ERP, EPM, Reporting, and Treasury solutions. His focus has been on ensuring that technology decisions lay the foundation for long-term business value from advising on strategic change and technology selection to overseeing the successful delivery and support of chosen solutions.
Adil has held senior positions at RSM UK and more recently VantagePoint where he served as the EMEA Consulting Director in which he spearheaded the growth of technology advisory and implementation services. His leadership was instrumental in expanding service offerings and establishing trusted partnerships across a diverse client base. Adil’s industry experience spans Financial Services, Software and Services, and Not-for-Profits, where he has consistently delivered impactful transformation programs.
A respected voice in the finance technology community, Adil frequently speaks on webinars and industry panels about the evolving ERP landscape and best practices for selecting and implementing enterprise solutions.
Adil holds a BSc in Business Information Systems from Kingston University.
