Matt is a Senior Director with over 16 years of successful experience establishing modern digital solutions in the areas of budgeting & forecasting, profitability, consolidations, reporting and advanced analytics.
Prior to joining Accordion, Matt spent a big part of his career managing the delivery of technology enabled Enterprise Performance Management solutions for Fortune 500 clients. During this time, Matt wore many hats – from developing systems, creating technical integrations and architecting solutions, to managing project teams and clients. His experience in all facets of technology enablement has allowed Matt to translate functional organizational needs into clear technical aspects to ensure his clients are successful in balancing people, process, and technology throughout the engagements.
Matt’s experience includes working with global companies in many industries including insurance, manufacturing, distribution, telecom, retail, utilities, and transportation. His areas of expertise include project execution, customer relationship management, financial system implementation, financial strategy & planning, team leadership, and process improvement and automation.
Prior to his consulting career, Matt served in various finance and accounting roles where he partnered with cross-functional teams to optimize and deliver operational plans, strategic analysis and cost reduction initiatives.
Matt graduated from Northern Illinois University with a B.S. in Finance and from Roosevelt University with an M.B.A in Information Systems.
